Lightbulb PD

My doctor gave me my measurements for a progressive pair of eyeglasses ...My Binocular PD is 61/58 and my Monocular PD is 30.5 and 30.5 when I am keying in my perscription where do these numbers go and do I use both.

Default If you have 2 numbers for PD

If you have 2 numbers for PD you will need them both. You will enter them on your order as shown on your rx.
